Hot/cool stones  reflexology  aromatherapy

Profound relaxation and grounding is achieved when utilizing hot and cool stones as tools during massage therapy sessions. Sessions are designed for each individual based on their needs.

The entire body is mapped on the feet. Whether specific work is needed, or you simply want to relax, reflexology sessions provide needed relief. They can be combined with aromatherapy and hot stones.

Group or private classes to reduce stress , create a physical body able to bear effects of sitting, and care of the breath via pranayama and chanting. Like my massage therapy, yoga classes are designed with the individual in mind. Group classes are centered on a theme, and adaptations are provided to make the class pertinent to all bodies.
